Pros

It's a good oportunity to start job as a IT employee. Implementation and trainings are good enough to work comfortably. Management is nice, facilities also ok. Possibility to work from home is a big plus. Benefits as UDEMY course or language curses are also very nice and useful.

Cons

Little chance for development, maybe 2-3 of your colleagues will go higher as 2nd line or TL, rest of the project have no possibilities to develop. Also salaries are staying on the entry level, you may receive a little raise on the beggining of the new year but it will not compensate you the costs of living, inflation etc.

Pros

Great place to start your first job at an office, it has great equipment, great teamleaders and team members, clean and modern, they will teach you as long as you need, also they have well detailed tutorials for all the tasks you have to do.

Cons

If you are not there for many years, they will probably fire you and the other beginner co workers if the company thinks they spend too much money on the team (this happens all the time). This means that they will fire some of the beginners to get the costs lower (they wont tell you why did this happen but you can easily find this out if you know how multinational and capitalist companies work).
