      Good values and communication. Good to their people and work life balance generally good.

      Cons

      Work/sales/projects/consultancy heavily centered in or near London. Not much spread across the rest of UK.

      Freedom to work from home.

      Overworked. Highly stressed. Project work and good work goes to contractors. Employees get the crappy BAU work.

      South Africa - Great HR, Good Culture, Average Career Development

      Pros

      Good HR and company culture. Rewarding workplace and collaboration even though it's a growing company. Friendly and open Upper Management with integrity and experience. Good career starter.

      Cons

      Purely operations, no room for senior growth other than line management. No design or strategy. No sales or marketing. No real project management. South Africa is built as a center for Service Desk and cheap offshore Operations, nothing more. Good to gain basic technical skills for career starters as there are diverse service lines, but get out soon if you want to grow. Executive level management seems uninterested and disengaged since they have no real need to be innovative or market leading. Frikkie is not a CEO, he's a GM.
