Pros

My colleagues (most are great) some are not.

Cons

Everything else Management don't give 2 hoots about the staff, all the managers are like nodding dogs saying yes to everything incase they come across as "difficult" resulting in a yes man/women environment but actusally delivering sweet F A to client or staff. Pay for straff is below average no training provided unless it's in house if your lucky and leads to no qualifications even though you get promised it will. Pay reviews are a joke, you get promised one thing but get something completley different. Mike Norris spents rediculous amounts of money stupid videos where he sings or dances, heres a thought how about putting that money in to training or wage increases. They use aprentices as full members of staff, everything about this company is a joke. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Pros

Fantastic company to work for if you want to progress your career. It is within your gift to proactively drive your own development and opportunities are there for the taking if you are prepared to be proactive. The culture is very supportive and you have access to Managers who care. Although growing in headcount rapidly, Computacenter is still small enough for individuals to have a voice and influence change. The people are great and they have a culture where recognition is important.

Cons

If in a client facing delivery role, the nature of the job requires travelling to work on client site, which can mean staying away from home for periods of time. But that is true of any delivery role in a Professional Services environment.
