If you are in sales or focused on self preservation this is the company for you

Cons

The worst managers are protected because they know who to suck up to. They may cost the business great staff and lose the business money, but as long as you have a good golf handicap and lose when the boss has hit a bad round you will do well.

Colleagues and team make the day tolerable You might get nominated for an EIA or Thank You Tea and coffee is provided - both are nasty and tasteless

Cons

Internal systems (yes even IT) are a disgrace - expect to fill out the same form/spreadsheet/waste of time at least 3 times a day, and when it doesnt work its YOUR problem. If you enjoy administration of the paper based kind CC is for you. Micro-management is rife, and the "performance monitoring" eFACE system is a complete farce and largely irrelevant for technical staff. Beware of managment / team leads "aggresive" and "confrontational" style - work like a drone to avoid ever being subjected to this. Expect processes and procedures to change, and for you psychically be aware, if you have a suggestion or idea, be prepared to also have the solution readily available, and make sure YOU are able to follow it through without any assistance from managment. The office facilities are abismal - be prepared to receive broken worn out furniture, work in a place that cant even provide towels or soap anywhere in the building.
