The working hours is rubbish,8 shift changing every week, call resolution more important than other. Stress-fully environment with bad office chairs and every table is dirty. Employee personal problem is not important and no part time option. Also being in the company event is compulsory.

Why is that analysts gets unnecessary warnings for the smallest things. While explaining your situation. Why is it that analysts resigned and also dont have the option but to resign from the company. Why is it that analyst gets dismissed because of the unnecessary warnings piled up against them. "There was a rumour, about Teamleads, giving unnecessary warnings to analysts because they have a target to reach so that analysts dont get a bonus by the end of the year." Absolutely no growth in this company after working for 2 years for them. They take people form outside and within the probation period of 3 months that new person got a senior position. This needs to be looked into!!! Its so unfair.
