-Definite lack of transparency when it comes to communication from the Management - Wages are extremely low (young professionals struggle to afford living space in the bigger cities) - Work-Life-Balance is completely off: High pressure, long hours, lots of traveling and cheap hotels - Skill development and training are non-existent unless the employee herself can prove (!) that there is a a need in the already running (!) project
