Pros

Good working environment. Good social benefits but very low salaries. Flexible working hours. Some home office and very good possibilities to learn a lot as flat hierarchy and initiative is valued. But don t expect training paid by the company! Only if u are good u can make it otherwise forget it!!!

Cons

Almost all senior management acts very unprofessionally. Lots of changes in the past years!!! 3 GMs in 3 years! Very short term thinking. Middle managers and senior managers are often e highered with very little experience and very low Salaries (market average) and put into positions with great responsabilit, y care about trap!! outcome are serious mistakes which affect staff. Almost no investment in training ex. To become a TL, DM or any other role. No investment in any tools ex Sap, LMS, databases. Type JIRA etc. In many years. Tight resource plan thus lots of burnout cases!!! A lot of competition within same job positions and some very critical employees in middle management that impact on general vibe. Messy... Disorganized..

Cons

The company grew to quick so sometimes it feels like they cant handle all the work, giving technicall support is not very rewarding, no bonus or much appriciation given.

Pros

Depending on the account you might not have to work much, specially if you're working in the 24/7 team. People are very nice and polite. 1.300 euro/month is quite adequate. Lots of people come here to stay one year working while enjoying Barcelona and learning spanish, this is a good idea. *if you don't know anyone in the company, try looking for someone in linkedin and ask them to refer you. You might split 50/50 the 500 euros referral bonus.

Cons

Too tough to build a career in there. The competition is huge and even when you get it the raise is not good enough. Don't build a career here.
