Pros

Some good training programs. But then you have to be very lucky to use the knowledge you learn there as there are the friends of the managers who will get the promotion (besides of the lack of their expertise and knowledge).

Cons

Not enough staff to deal with the huge workload. And still, there are some people who just wonder around the office while at the bottom of the operation people are suffering because of the extra work they have to deal with. No communication between managers and their employees. People are not recruited by IT knowledge but just language skills. The salary of a Second Level agent is less than the salary of a First Level agent at other companies. They create fake positions. A lot of people quits even before the new joiner trainings would end. All the good people who has aspiration will leave as the only way to get a higher position or just have their work appreciated is by befriending with the bosses and not by self improvement.

Pros

Competitive salary, ticket restaurant, Sanitas health insurance. They learned from a fast grow and changed management, created a training department and WFM department, hired the required number of staff. With the new management and new staff things started to work.

Cons

Lack of training of analysts before starting to give service to customers, lack of structure to support the new account,, project plan was not on track, lack of management, The setting up of the platform to deliver service to a new customer was a disaster, there was no training department and analysts were given manuals to read and then put on the phone to give service to customers. There was not enough staff to deliver the service, including management. Recruitment was done too fast and part of the analysts did not speak English because they needed native speakers in oder languages but the manuals and team meetings were in English. Before they realize and changed management they used to burn workers and replace them.

Pros

Modern and international atmosphere, plus there's tendence to get young people both on staff and management. Cafeteria and transport benefits included.

Cons

Very low competence within IT, this lead to unorganization and lack of trust. Low salary compared to other companies in Hungary, people keep coming and going. Very routinary job.
