I have no pros for this job

Cons

Requested work off months in advance was told they couldn't approve the time so I need to call in sick instead(calling in sick counts against you). Trained me for more work but never paid me more money. I was told there was plenty of ways to move up in the company but it felt like it was impossible Hold times to call supervisors were huge then the supervisor would just tell us to relay a message and if they were still not happy we could call them back(this resulted in hour long calls which also mess up your call stats) I can go on an on but I'll leave it at that
