Cons

No one is on the same page for anything. The HR is an absolute mess The team leads are not up to date with the employee rules and make you submit HR tickets where they then tell you to do something else. You have to jump through so many hoops to do the most simple things. Management does not want you to succeed and will pile on work that is outside of your training and then will tell you to figure it out yourself. There is a lot of discrimination and you basically have to know someone to even leave your department. Management chooses ahead of time who will be promoted and will only tell the favorites when the position will open. They make a lot of false promises in order for you to work more. They do not provide a cost of living raise and in fact will tell you that you are lucky to get a 3% raise to begin with. You are basically told how lucky you are to have the job and that if you don’t like it then you can quit. Also if you have a racist and homophobic boss it will take months with several people to be able to report them and they actually do anything about it. If your ATL or TL starts to bully you, you basically get fired because it’s their words against yours.
