      Pros

      I built great work relationships with colleagues.

      Cons

      Poor leadership, no room for advancement. Since the acquisition of Concentra by Select Medical, there has been layoffs and overall moral is terrible. I highly suggest waiting until things stabilize before considering a job with this company, corporate or in a clinic. I predict it will take 2 years or more before there is a clear direction hear.

      Pros

      Great company to work for, growth opportunities and most employees are positive and easy to work with. Benefits are definitely on the better side and many employees have been here for a very long time.

      Cons

      The company has gone through a couple acquisitions and that comes with its own challenges because change has been constant. Lower then industry average pay for the center staff leading to higher turnover in the centers.

      Pros

      I've met some of the best people while working for the company. Without some of these people, I would've walked out a long time ago. You're overworked so much that these co-workers honestly do become your family.

      Cons

      This company is too focused on the dollar signs and not on patient care. Management doesn't listen to their employees on how to run a better center. Corporate has been trying be "sneaky" on taking away EARNED PTO and bonuses. Busy centers are penalized for having long wait times and then employees who give their all get no regonition or bonuses. People in "charge" have NO medical background which is INSANE.
