nothing is ever rewarded only criticized, need to pay their good employees to retain them or else they are going to leave, benefits aren't great, low commissions, no potential to grow

We lost 5 employees in four months. We are asked to work twelve hours. Take an hour or two hour break and return for an extended shift. Where I come from if you didn't have the staff the manager would cover the shift. Oh wait out manager doesn't know how to do much. Barely can check in, hardly knows how to check out. Don't let an urgent care patient come in. They'll be asked to come back early to register the patient. What have you learned in three years as a manager, you can't help do a drug screen or a physical. Morale is very low because wait time expectations are thrown in our face all day. We do darn good to be short so many staff members and still are not the lowest in the market.
