      Pros

      The people are friendly, and the company will occasionally provide gifts, raffles, and sometimes free food. Offers lots of resources for employees' mental health and work life balance. Offers decent selection of food and snacks in the break room.

      Cons

      Your experience depends on the client/project you are a part of. A lot of the projects there fail or close within the first year which adds to job insecurity. The projects typically fail because of ridiculous or unrealistic expectations of employees. Broken infrastructure like restrooms & water fountains tend to stay broken for a while until repaired. Also, higher roles in the company rarely open up and offer small pay increases, so it's difficult to move up.

      Pros

      I am part of CNX-RMT-QBO-PRC and the` pros are a great team and team lead - very supportive on an individual level. The health insurance plan I am on is pretty decent.

      Cons

      Upskilled very quickly, Lack of Tier 2 support, outdated tools like eStart that never like to work. I was pushed into upskilling before I felt ready and was promised my schedule would stay the same. It did not stay the same and it is a struggle as it is with the new one. Now they are talking about the next level and the schedule for that will likely get wonky as well. I am planning an exist as soon as possible because clearly, they have no value for our time at all or what we are worth.

      My managers was nice and professional

      Cons

      Other managers not professional. Leadership goes out of the way so employee do not communicate through emails , exchange numbers, slack etc. Even when our manager leaders at 5pm they do not tell us who is in charge for night shift. This is done on purpose . So we won't have good communication with another manager and also so no one will bother manager at night. So basically if you work at night you are on your own.
