      If you've hired, they offer paid training and benefits.

      Cons

      The organization has a policy of conducting a single attempt examination, the results of which are binary - pass or fail. It is noteworthy that failure does not invariably lead to termination. There appears to be an implicit bias in the hiring and rehiring process that disproportionately affects minority groups. The reapplication process is characterized by a holding period of 30 days or more for the application. Despite being contacted for a video interview during this period, the outcome seems predetermined, with rehiring not being an option regardless of the interview performance.

      Pros

      The very best reason to work for Concentrix is that you are respected. Everyone is treated fare. The pay is fare, The benefits are good, and there is always room to move up.

      Cons

      I can not think of anything that would keep anyone from seeking a job with Concentrix. Very, very fare company to work for.

      Great staff to work with, as well as management that takes a personal interest in your growth and wellbeing. There are always opportunities for advancement and change.

      I honestly see no downside to working for the company.
