Pros

Working from home Somewhat flexible

Cons

Being forced to schedule bid every 3 months!! Not enough training to do the job right and then forced to take a new position without being asked ( IT training takes two years not one week) No one is ever around to support and help you with your questions so the customer is waiting on the phone until you can get someone to actually pay attention to you Not very organized at all

Pros

-Work from home -Provide Work Computer -Decent training -Supportive Management -Decent cost health insurance IF you're single and young -Pay on time -Overtime available -Decent management support in my experience

Cons

-Very little leeway for absences but that is understandable -The non-disclosure agreement is a bit ridiculous since they don't tell you that you are not allowed to tell ANYONE who you are contracted out to until AFTER you begin training -The pay is low and not a living wage. Sorry but I know what these companies can afford. The reason Concentrix has these contracts is because they're offering a lower wage to their contracted employees instead of what the employees make through the companies themselves. That's wrong, but I need the job. -Benefits are expensive unless you get cheapest plan and are young with no family. Family benefits are ridiculously expensive. -Would be nice if more overtime was allow. Only allowing an employee 20 hours of OT a week sucks because it makes us work more than one job and actually allows us less time to focus on development for Concentrix. -Before you release an update to the programs provided PLEASE make sure they're not buggy to the point where they're constantly crashing

Pros

They'll hire anybody, even if you have no previous call center experience. Great way to build experience in the call center industry. $10 an hour beats minimum wage.

Cons

Rampant favoritism, and HR is a joke. When another employee harasses and threatens you, even going to far as to physically assault you, unprovoked in front of witnesses, they treat it like a kindergarten spat and verbal warnings with no actual consequences. This happened multiple times over a period of months. That person is still working there.
