Bonuses are pretty good. Career advancement is good too.

Cons

They push too much over time. Not enough time with my family. They are unorganized.

Pros

It's located right off the freeway Making it easy to get to. The dress code is very casual making it a comfortable environment for the most part.

Cons

Payroll is rarely correct or on time. Very poor training for management and team leads. They get thrown into positions and are expected to learn while teaching the agents. On top of that, they are expected to be experts on a product while doing payroll, billing, and making sure that systems are functioning properly. Promotions are given daily almost, but only the title, not the pay. Agents make more money than their supervisors or trainers.

Pros

The hiring process is really simple. Oral drug test, typing test and data entry testing. They have a new hiring class starting every month and usually desperate to find new hires.

Cons

The turnover rate is very high. Pay is below industry standard and its virtually impossible to get a raise.
