You work at home and do not have to commute.
Cons
Pay is low compared to other companies. Paid for 40 hours, must work a lot more than that to keep up. Upper management cannot make up their minds, resulting in constant changes, constant increasing workload and ever increasing employee frustration. You are just a warm body. You can kill yourself to do it all, but that goes unnoticed. Miss one thing and someone is all over that.
