Pros

There is no reason to work there at all

Cons

Management is terrible they have favorites. after I worked there for over a year, I was 7 months pregnant they forced me to quit because they refused to pay me my commission check which was $2500. Concentrix destroyed my family and my finances completely. I had to stop all of my child's activities including day care and sports. I became very stress for the rest of my pregnancy. save yourself the trouble don't work for this terrible company. management don't care about their employees at all. they just want to work you to death

Pros

-Easy to be promoted -Easy place to be apathetic -Provided (no longer available at my specific site) great opportunity to gain unique skills and knowledge

Cons

-Management works in cliques. -Management is hostile. -Schedule changes are constant, and always, always subject to change. -Micromanagement to an extreme -Little to no potential for substantial growth -Upper management always vacant / unable to track down -Simple things, such as bathroom breaks, come out of break time -Massive turn-around rate, standard for 50 percent of training classes to not come back after 1 week. -General lack of organization -General lack of a company plan / goal / ambition / future -General apathy towards educating employee's on policies regarding requesting off, benefits, exct. -Generally left in the dark on the direction of the company -Pay raises / Compensation far below standard -Was promoted 2 times in under 1 year, given 1 raise, at 3.84 percent -Requesting to speak with management, HR, absolutely anything outside of taking calls was required to be done on break. -This company let go of 250 employee's recently due to their inability to retain a client. -At Convergy's, Erlanger, (recently acquired by Concentrix) you are just a number, you are not valued, your contributions to the company are always minimized in an attempt to make you feel less than. The work floor is always kept in a state of confusion in order to coerce you to sit down, and do your job. Management is exceptionally hard to speak with face to face for the aforementioned reason as well. They keep the environment stressful and disorganized enough to create compliance, and ensure individuals are always in a state of low panic and uncertainty to ensure no one attempts to seek better treatment. They further ensure this by restricting access to anything which is not actively doing your job to 60 minutes a day, during your lunch, or break time, including the "employee appreciation events". *** This was my experience with a specific client / project which is no longer with the company due to "Inconsistencies in Management." ***

Pros

As long as they have a contract, you have a job.

Cons

They keep people who don't work. If a contract ends you will be laid off. After 8 yrs of service to this company don't expect a severance package as they could care less about the employee, you are just a number to them.
