      Pros

      Great company to work for! They train you well and to succeed. Concentrix is all about it's employee's and their success on the job. We're a big team! Very flexible schedules. You can also work from home!

      Absolutely no Cons whatsoever!The best company I've ever worked for!

      Pros

      Horrible company to work for. Very unprofessional ghetto and high turnover rate. This is a job until something better is to come. Do not recommend to anyone. You can smoke weed and work here everyone does it. They don't drug test.

      Cons

      Bad company. Changed their name from minacs because of the bad reviews. High turn over rate they hire 30 people a month and fire 30. Team Lead has more say so than the supervisor. supervisors are dumb. I wouldn't recommend this job to a stray dog. I wouldn't even give them 1 star.

      Pros

      Nice management and trainers, also coworkers are friendly.

      Cons

      So eager about hiring individuals they delay all screening processes until after you are employed. I worked for three weeks and was suddenly let go due to them saying my background check disqualified me from the position. I discussed my record with both the staffing agencies and the hiring manager Justin and was assured everything would be fine. My trainer even went to the office with me to advocate how I was the best in her class and am perfect for a career at concentrix. Unfortunately HR claimed their "hands were tied."
