Upper leadership favoritism, lack of accountability, lack of communication, Lack of investment, lack of leadership who cared, false promises. Sites senior opperational manager not listening to advice from colleagues and only showing face when out of office management was on site otherwise not being present. Operations managers are typically also nowhere to be found causing a domino effect with team leads also not being present or leaving work early. The lack of leadership from this sites leaders cause the problem they refuse to address. The site turned for the worst when lay offs were announced, laying off leaders who cared if not running them off before hand. A lot of mistakes were made on choices of who was selected to stay. This job constantly felt like a popularity contest, with the cliques formed within leadership which was very apparent who was allowed to get away with not working. It was always apparent who actually put in the work and was going above and beyond.
