      The worst company I have ever worked for

      Pros

      Having a whole bunch of people stuck in the same bad situation you are in builds true relationships, some of my best friends are people I met there.

      Cons

      They lie to you at the interview, at the onboarding, and care absolutely nothing for your well being. They will bring you in at the lowest possible pay, overload you with work, and treat you like garbage. When the contract ended they told us with an honest smile on their faces we were all being let go at the end of the year, except the most toxic boss I have ever had, all while threatening to punish us for being upset about it. The HR there is a joke, I had to threaten them with a lawsuit, and threaten to let the client know about their mistreatment of us just to get the lowest possible level of respect from them. The building was so poorly maintained many of us got sick from the ancient carpet and damaged ceiling tiles. They also claim to be LGBT+ friendly, but in my own experience, the company is anything but.

      I was ghosted on my first day of onboarding!

      I was not working long enough to know.

      Cons

      I was hired and completed all required documents and tasks. I even had to buy 2 monitors and a new computer just to start this role for them to ghost me without any communication. No returned emails and no numbers to contact via phone. The first day of work came and went without any received communications regarding anything. A waste of time, effort, and MONEY that I do not have! Beyond disappointed, I wish I could give ZERO stars

      Bad training program

      WFH/OT Available and nice coworkers

      Cons

      No one is trained, the trainers are afraid to take example calls, customers are far more frustrated than you are taught to expect, and they expect you to have a lot more power than you do (you can essentially only read helpful articles to people and draw orange boxes on their screen).
