Pros

Concord is one of the best companies I have been with. Their HR management is great, your concern will be heard. The way they care about employees in every single thing makes you feel valued. You can have fun at work place, they have committee for each streams and engage us in extra activities as well, be it sports, potluck, costume party. Not just that, you can grow professionally by exploring more technologies and update yourself with trend.

Cons

Given the above facts, I do not find any drawback from my perspective!
