No cons in benefits, only thing is the reimbursement of gym is given in 4 quarters

Good compensation. Employees engagement. Very few people are supportive

US management supremacy Negative thinking about employees of India 11 QA resources lay off in just 2 min call with no prior information, not even to Indian leadership team. Product based company but work culture is like service based company. No respect to employees survey Don't go by positive reviews, it may have been given because of reward points given by company for sharing reviews.
