I preferred the people who wants to learn about new technologies in software and testing, which you will not get in most of the companies. - Flexible timings - Breakout areas - salary - meeting rooms - free lunch

Cons

Less fun activities for employees. Cabs availability only for support team.

Pros

Hr and Upper management are good. Good knowledge about hardware and software compatibility. Could learn new techniques.

Cons

Work life balance is not good. People comes to office late and stays at night, due to which if you come early and u're work is dependent on someone then u're half day is wasted. Also no usage of the talent as work given to experience candidate doesn't match with their technology expertise.
