The people are great: hard-working, knowledgeable, and dedicated. Leadership has a handle on the day-to-day operations and is constantly working to improve processes and procedures so that tasks are completed more efficiently. Executive Leadership cares, which can be a rare commodity these days.
Cons
The company has experienced some growing pains due to the frequency at which acquisitions have taken place. Communication is sometimes a challenge on this front; however, marked improvements have been noted in these areas.
