Confie is pretty widespread so there are many opportunities, but it takes a while to figure it all out

I have a wonderful District Manager who was taught me a lot of being a Manager, she is patient and cares. She's the only one.

Cons

Low pay, no kudos, they lead by fear, 6 holidays that if you take a day off with the holiday, you won't get actual holiday pay with it, you have to take PTO. Lots of secrecy, the turnover is ridiculous but never noticed.
