Pros

Flexibility - This company understands the importance of individual work styles. You are held accountable for the effort you put in (which is directly proportionate to the take-home, PLUS your base pay AND your quota having been met or exceeded). I have a stubborn way of doing things, meaning I can't multitask. Most agencies impose a standard for each of their producers, in additional to much disregard to timeplace and psychological thresholds. They also offer various shifts as they are still an evolving company. We are not overworked or overwhelmed by stressful workloads.

Cons

Management positions are vulnerable to burnout - since they start out as producers contributing to a team. Unfortunately, this is the only way you can grow and thrive individually, up the ladder.

Pros

I worked here very briefly and absolutely loved my manager and the one teammate I got to work with. There is no micro-managing and the company is growing so job security is a huge plus.

Cons

It's a remote job and cameras aren't required, so it's a little lonely for a new hire to become adjusted. There's also not a real new hire process, you kind of just do your own thing, so if working in the gray isn't for you, this may not be the company.
