      Pros

      Fast growing company pay increases when you get certification, and company pays for certifications 3 weeks vacation on day 1 overtime is typically available when wanted i've made a number of suggestions to management and most of them were acted on Easy work

      Cons

      Starting pay was a little low but that was made up for with certifications

      Very supportive management Employee-centric environment Great benefits and perks We work hard but are greatly rewarded for it

      Cons

      I wish the pay was higher and raises were bigger, but then again, at least we get raises. Most companies have not been giving them.
