      Vacation time given at date of hire

      Wages are below standard of living, Management is crude and unprofessional, Benefits don't pay for much of anything, lots more to mention but not enough space.

      Thank you for your feedback. Wages include a competitive base salary and incentive earnings as well as the Company providing many benefits at no or little cost to the employee.       Hands Down Most Amazing Company!

      Pros

      Everything from appreciating every level of worker to understanding family and being there to help when needed, I have never worked for a better company. This company has made me feel like I am important and has helped me grow and learn so much. Not the typical corp. company that you think of, they actually value every person and what they bring to the table.

      Cons

      none that I can think of, honestly two years into this company and I have NO bad things to say.
