      Pros

      Lots of opportunities to learn about different vendor solutions.

      Cons

      Seems to be a lack of focus for the services group. Benefits are lacking especially around paternal leave. Most tech companies have at least 4 weeks of paid leave.

      Very old systems, is stuck in the 90s with the sales mentality. Needs to upgrade management with other industry talent.
