      Pros

      Great pay 40k plus spiffs and bonuses. Yearly trips. Too much food!

      Cons

      Your happiness depends on your direct supervisor. If he or she likes you then great. But if not you are screwed. I have seen it on other teams. If your boss doesn't like you, no leads, no good accounts sent your way after a rep leaves.

      Mostly a good place to be.

      Pros

      The company is doing well financially, there are a lot of fun events planned all year around. Leadership is conservative, environment is friendly, benefits are relatively good.

      Cons

      Cubicles are tiny, leadership is conservative and mostly unwilling to take big risks on spending to try to improve process and environment. Some Managers need to be reviewed just as the employees get reviewed annually.

The cubicles are standard size that one would find in most office environments. Our annual performance review process includes Managers; during this process we pay special attention to Directing/Leading/Motivating and Developing Staff, among other key areas, and we encourage all Managers to have regularly scheduled one-on-one meetings with their direct reports. Our Company’s success has been built on making good choices on where to invest, and our charter is to drive higher-end technology solutions for our customers and prospects.

      Pros

      great management. they really help their employees grow in the company and there are a lot of places to move to.

      Cons

      some of the managers do like to micromanage. but yet again it is sales..
