You used to find a good atmosphere and I personally had really good experience with colleagues within my department. They offered good benefits too and social activities.

Cons

Management and Direction were not up to the level of a big company. Promotions and salary increase were always distributed among the same people. Good work wasn't really appreciated whilst "friendship" and unquestioning obedience to company policies would lead people to improve positions. Low salary.
