Good and fun working environment. Lots of international people and the free lunches were great as well.

Cons

I think they paid overall not good salaries. Managing director had no clean line and so didn't the line managers. Massive turn over in people too.

Great people to work with, very knowledgeable. Intelligent and friendly management. Takes care of the employees; recent initiatives like XBOX, TT tournament, Cricket world cup live telecast were examples of a caring management. Another great thing was the timing of the PA. All of the PA was completed before end of March! Free lunch, snacks on 50% Interesting work and a niche functional domain of e-commerce

Cons

Getting to work in new areas for India team is a challenge, should have exposure to areas other than sites No cabs, limited parking and congested seating plan
