      Pros

      Best Team Lead and Team as they are prompt to answer any questions. Direct contact with my TL daily ensures success for each call. Leadership/management is very understanding/flexible when it comes to work/life balance. That’s something I’ve always looked for in a job! At Connexus, I’m able to take the time I need for my own well-being!

      Cons

      Wish the starting wage was more than $12/hr since policies seem to update often for verifiers. Each day ensuring to check any important notifications from leadership as something has likely been updated. Core responsibilities remain the same, however you’re constantly adjusting.

      i love staying at home while being with my 6mth old daughter,the team leads are very understanding in all circumstances. i have 4 kids and with all my children ive had to work as soon as they turned 2 months,now i get to stay in the comfort of my own home without stressing about a babysitter,working i love it!!!!

      I've been an employee for 11 years and have seen a lot of growth with this company. Offer a good wage and work environment. I've been able to discuss concerns with management and felt heard. If you do the job your hired for you will enjoy it and I've seen a lot of opportunities and promotions for those that do. There is continued training which I feel is important. Offer good work hours and PTO. Enjoyable co-workers. I love that you can offer solutions and build from there on finding the solution for your team. I love being able to work from home!
