      Pros

      The measures used in establishing performance standards are discussed in depth and the resources necessary to deliver on those criteria are easily accessible. Management makes themselves available to speak with team members any time of the day, or night. The concepts of job growth and advancement are inspired, in part, by the solution-focused coaching methodology. Team members know they are key to the success of our company. Rather than present the idea we are easily replaceable, each team members challenges and/or matters of a personal nature are treated with respect and compassion.

      Cons

      Even though the idea or feeling of community is promoted, the inherent lack of office interaction due to working from home is missed. Compensation, even though it is primarily based on each individual clients contract, should be reviewed to more closely align with industry averages.

      No scripts - the only scripting is when answering a call and closing the call! Awesome employees!! Great work environment, communication is on point! Excellent benefits! Easy work! Schedule for me is mon day through Friday! They use Daily Pay!!

      Pay is low starts around $12, but not much else wrong!
