Really good people to work with, and the culture is supportive and safety‑focused. Lots of smart engineers and techs who know their stuff. Good balance between field and office work, and plenty of chances to learn and grow if you take initiative. Solid benefits and a stable work environment.

Cons

Big‑company pace can be slow at times. Some processes feel heavier than they need to be. Communication between groups can get a little scattered depending on the project. Career moves sometimes depend more on timing than performance.
