      Pros

      I don't want to make this too long but this company gets it. Family owned and run with pride. I have had an excellent few years. I have transferred from other large GC and this is a better places. Go ESOP!

      Can e long demanding hours. Wouldn't mind more vacation time.

Walking the job sites and getting to know everyone on the team Great work life balance Work typical construction hours and get to enjoy find with family Great benefits and PTO Company is growing fast and creating great opportunities Company invests on employee career growth
