People, interesting projects, fair pay, employee activities, 401k match and benefits are good, changes with new technologies, good future work planning. Good culture, career promotion opportunities; work life balance ...work hard and play hard philosophy.
Cons
New PE hires need better training /more structure, more consistent review system..very subjective by each executive..if they don’t like you, personality or approach you could be screwed, culture is good, but there are definite ‘cliques’ like anywhere; carrier opportunities better for those that ‘fit the mold’
