Pros

Teammates are awesome and work together well. The company cares about getting better and diversifying work they are winning. The podcast was really cool and Anthony and Matthew are truly great people and care about the people and the company.

Cons

Everyone is replaceable even if you are and have been loyal to them for a while. General supers do a poor job at communicating to upper management. Multiple times have seen undeserving people get a promotion. Company can be very poltical when it comes to moving up. Company is growing really fast and SOPs aren’t carrying over to new people. Work life balance is tough but that’s everywhere in construction.
