Consigli has provided endless support within my project team and from office executives. They will challenge you with complex/interesting projects, but also listen to your own goals and set bench marks on how they can help you reach them. The culture of this family run business has stayed consistent and you can see how much the Consigli cares about their employees.

Cons

Haven't had the chance to meet the other colleagues at regional offices. More company wide events to connect/network would be great.
