      Pros

      Marketing team members were great to work with.

      Cons

      Upper management would "throw you under the bus" frequently. No work-life balance, you will work very long days as well as nights and weekends. Difficult to move up unless you know someone, even if you have been there a long time.

      Pros

      As far as construction companies go, Consigli is one of the best from a cultural standpoint. You'll feel right at home with your team and executives whether you're on the job site, golfing at the annual tournament or celebrating at Gillette Stadium for the annual meeting.

      Cons

      Work life balance is difficult and often joked about by employees however that is just the nature of the industry. Benefits are good but by no means a gold standard.
