Construction management is changing on a day to day basis. It is essential to be able to function in a fast-paced environment. Not really any cons to the company.

Pros

I've been here a few years now and the best thing about Consigli is the people. We have access to great benefits (ESOP!!!) and our growth is really exciting to see first hand. With the merger, there are some kinks as expected, but they truly value making sure I am learning every part of the management process and not pigeonholing me to one trade or area and want me to learn the full scope

Cons

Not many con's as I feel supported by my team but I hope the NYC office gains the notoriety of the other offices as a "best place to work" soon enough with the merger

Can't think of any pros except ESOP

Cons

Hostile takeover adds to the toxic environment. Every week more of the original teams are cast aside for the kool aid drinking out of towners. The leaders of the NY office are not qualified and will have the same fate once the "family" figures out they are not leaders.
