      The work is interesting, and lower management has been good at my location.

      Cons

      Nearly impossible to get straightforward answers from anyone in upper management. Multiple emails with clarifying question to HR, payroll, etc, were simply left unanswered for months.

      Competitive pay Beautiful office with free coffee and snacks Good employee benefits

      Micromanagement from the top down - makes it really difficult to utilize your skills to actually do your job when superiors are so in the weeds. Portrays itself as a "Best Place to Work" but so many people are miserable. Very cliquey, if you're not within certain circles you're screwed. Terrible work life balance; you are judged if you don't live and breathe the company or dare to leave at 5pm. Everything is a crisis - high alert, high stress environment all day every day. Managers trash talk people from other departments constantly, very awkward.
