A trainee has three reports to help him/her progress in the knowledge of CED and the electrical industry: the PC Manager, Division Manager and the Training Manager. We've added an additional training manager to make the territories smaller and spend more time with the trainee in his/her respective territories. However, we do advise trainees that it's the manager's job to make resources and training tools available to the trainee; we cannot force anyone to take advantage of those resources. We encourage trainees to take charge of their individual career and take advantage of everything we offer.
