9yThank you for your review. We are an electrical wholesale supply company, so most employees need to be knowledgeable with the electrical industry and products. The motivation for future leaders and current trainees is the freedom that comes with being a Profit Center Manager. We give our employees and managers the independence to run the business the way he/she sees is best for the market. For the right person, that freedom is exhilarating and empowering.
