      Pros

      Good people, profit sharing and bonus model is really nice - available only to non-contract employees. Company match on 401k. Flexible and understanding of family time and needs.

      Cons

      Growth opportunity is limited. Job scope extremely ambiguous. Base pay is below average. Most new hires are contract employees that don't understand the nature of the business.

      Pros

      I love the small company feel. The compensation is not bad for starting pay and the idea of profit sharing is appealing and unites the store together to all do well.

      Cons

      Confusing and out of date systems along with vague guidence from the online resources provided lead to a system of just trying to muddle through instead of having a clearly defined path

      Pros

      All of the sales reps and management are really nice and down to earth guys. The company's profit sharing is promising and makes sure certain salaries do not overshadow others.

      Cons

      You have to work some of the harder positions in order to learn the materials first. Progression in the company is slow and depends on availability. Starting pay is not competitive. It is a warehouse, so it is a lot of heavy lifting and hot conditions.
