      Pros

      Each store is ran as their own and it’s nice to be known in a large corporation.

      Cons

      Horrible health insurance. Expensive and crap. Need a REAL hr department. Their anonymous calls are really not anonymous.

      Thank you for your feedback. The medical plan is technically considered a high deductible plan, but comparatively within the industry, the plan deductibles are low and co-insurance benefits are paid upon reaching that deductible. This allows us to keep monthly premiums reasonable and competitive for all employees regardless of their ongoing healthcare needs.

      Pros

      Complete autonomy, and it's not for the unmotivated. If you need someone to tell you what to do, or to motivate you, this isn't the management position for you. But if you enjoy freedom to make decisions based on what you feel is best for your location, and enjoy the "keys to the car" so to speak, then it would be tough to find a better gig. The profit sharing part of the pay scale takes this job into the next level. The base salary isn't anything to write home about, but when you factor in profit sharing, it makes it a pretty comfortable living.

      Cons

      Profit sharing is never a guarantee, and is based on the prior year's success.
