      Pros

      Friendly environment, at best. It's a blue collar industry so use your imagination. Benefits are second to none. I'll give the company that.

      Cons

      Low pay, ridiculous contracts, you are required to move after like 9 months but the going track record is most people find another job before they move. Work life balance is hard if you have debt. The pay is not what they say online. It's roughly $16/hr NET PAY. The turnover rate for manager trainee is 87%.

      A lot of promises that rarely get delivered

      Pros

      They hire a lot of college grads with no experience which at least gets young professionals a glimpse of being a working professional.

      Cons

      The industry does not offer a lot of promise. A lot of time invested in bringing in accounts very little pay off even if successful. Not a scalable model for sales success especially in large, competitive markets.
