      Pros

      It's a solid place to work. However, it's really interesting how you're expected to grow business without any commission. Relying on securing a profit-sharing check from your manager to compensate for a below-average salary, mediocre health benefits, and an average 401K is very difficult.

      Cons

      Everything is below average to be honest. If you aren't a manager, its pretty difficult to purchase a home, have a family, secure retirement, have nice things.

      My co workers and team are fantastic! We have truly built a great culture and we work great together

      Cons

      The pay specifically for management trainees isn’t all that great. Hourly with a small bonus. The upsides are great if you’re looking at the potential in a few years
