There was zero upward mobility. They have regional managers that are the know all end all. They were clueless about what the needs of each store was, but you could never tell them otherwise. I worked for this company for 10 years and the only thing I got from it was the knowledge to go back to school to do something different.

Some many, the manager is an absolute log, the whole company is wildly sexist (of a 75 person management trainee program, there were 3 women total), and you legit do nothing all day, it is ridiculous and not a good learning opportunity.
